Used in many body products, Peppermint is great for any skin type because it contains menthol, which cools sensitive skin and smooths out dry or oily skin. Use in an inhaler to combat dizziness or vertigo. Use in massage blends and apply behind the ears for nervousness and headaches. Dilute with carrier oil and apply topically for relief from itching due to bug bites, poison oak/ivy and sunburns. Diffuse to eases breathing, decongest the bronchial passages in the lungs and repel insects.
