Bowen Therapy uses very small, gentle rolling movements on certain spots of your body (over clothes). After each set of movements, the therapist pauses for a few minutes. Those pauses give your brain and nervous system time to “reset” and tell your muscles to relax. Bowen Therapy is a gentle way to help your body relax, reset, and feel better.
